About the group

Cell organisation, development and regulation rely on a network of interactions between macromolecules, such as proteins and nucleic acids, and small molecules. Understanding the structure-function relationship of these interactions is essential for improving our insights into the workings and origins of life. In our laboratory, we use a combination of experimental and computational approaches, interfacing structural biology and artificial intelligence, to study the complex network of interactions within model bacterial and plant systems.
