I am broadly interested in wildlife behaviour and survival in a highly fragmented and changing anthropogenic world. My current research focuses on global and regional assessments of the impacts of critical mineral mining on biodiversity.
I have a background in spatial and quantitative ecology, road ecology and citizen science. My PhD at Cardiff University focussed on understanding the impacts of roads on wildlife using data from UK-wide citizen science roadkill-recording project, The Road Lab.
